Seaspan Declares Dividend of $0.3125 Per Common Share for Fourth Quarter 2013

HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - Feb. 6, 2014) - Seaspan Corporation (NYSE:SSW) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per common share for the three months ended December 31, 2013. The dividend will be paid on February 26, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of February 18, 2014.
