Scripps in talks about acquiring two Granite television stations

CINCINNATI, Feb. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The E.W. Scripps Company (NYSE: SSP) is in talks with Granite Broadcasting Corp. over the possible acquisition of two Granite television stations.

No deal has been made with Granite, but Scripps will follow up with another announcement once the outcome is determined.
