BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the February 2014 cash distributions for the iShares funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which pay on a monthly basis. Unitholders of record of a fund on February 25, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on February 28, 2014.
