Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) announced today that its Board
of Directors has expanded its stock repurchase program from $8 million
to $25 million.
The Company is now authorized to repurchase up to $25 million of its
common stock from time to time in the open market or through privately
negotiated transactions.
