TORONTO, Feb. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Life and death gets a lot more
complicated for the doctors of Hope Zion Hospital in the can't-miss
season finale of CTV's SAVING HOPE, airing at a special time on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Canada's most-watched original drama of this season, SAVING HOPE's shocking finale leaves viewers on the edge of their seats when the
life of one of Hope Zion's own is left hanging in the balance. But
first, GREY'S ANATOMY returns to CTV at 9 p.m. ET/PT that evening, giving fans the relief and answers they have been waiting
for after its winter cliffhanger and a major twist in the Grey-Sloan
Memorial plotline.
A Top 5 program among the key adult demos, GREY'S ANATOMY averaged 2.3 million viewers each week last fall, while SAVING HOPE is averaging an impressive 1.6 million viewers, making it the
most-watched Canadian drama this season. Production on Season 3 of SAVING HOPE is set to begin this spring in Toronto.
The nearly complete second season of SAVING HOPE is available now for catch-up viewing, and the finale episode of SAVING HOPE and the spring premiere of GREY'S ANATOMY will be available on demand following their broadcast at CTV.ca and CTV GO. GREY'S ANATOMY and SAVING HOPE are also available on demand following each broadcast at CTV.ca and CTV GO.

In the Season 10 spring premiere of GREY'S ANATOMY entitled "Take It Back" (Feb. 27 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and CTV GO), the doctors of Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital are
preoccupied with their own drama following the events at April's (Sarah
Drew) wedding. Meanwhile, April has quite a decision to make: does she
tell Matthew (Justin Bruening) to take back his engagement ring or Jackson (Jesse Williams) to take back his declaration of love? While Alex
(Justin Chambers) reacts to news surrounding his father, Callie (Sara
Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) make a big decision about their
relationship - will these former lovers finally get back together?
The return of GREY'S ANATOMY leads into SAVING HOPE's must-see final episode of the season, entitled "Broken Hearts" and
airing at a special time (Feb. 27 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and CTV GO). Dawn (Michelle Nolden) diagnoses Alex (Erica
Durance) with an irregular heartbeat though she's supposed to be
resting. Before Alex gets the chance to pause, The Great Randall (guest
star Peter Keleghan, MURDOCH MYSTERIES) returns to Hope Zion Hospital
after an experimental cancer treatment goes wrong. Meanwhile, Charlie
(Michael Shanks) struggles with the implications of his fight with Joel
(Daniel Gillies), who is trying to treat a troubled mathematician.
Then, in a dramatic turn of events, the life of one of Hope Zion's
staff is left hanging in the balance. The episode also guest stars Bryn
McAuley (CRASH CANYON) and David Storch (MURDOCH MYSTERIES).
