Allison+Partners Announces Promotions, New Partners, Transitions and Hires

Allison+Partners announced today the expansion of its senior management team to support the agency’s growth in key markets.

Phoenix General Manager Cathy Planchard and Global Head of the Corporate Practice Matthew Della Croce have both been promoted to senior partner. They will focus on maintaining the high standard of client service the agency is known for as it continues to scale, as well as new business acquisition and achieving agency revenue goals.

Joining the management team as newly-named partners are Zach Colvin, general manager of the San Francisco office and Kent Schwartz, senior vice president of finance. Colvin joined the agency in 2006 and has been instrumental in the advancement of not only the San Francisco office, overseeing record growth in 2013, but the Los Angeles office as well. Schwartz has seamlessly managed Allison+Partners’ growth from $13 million to $33 million during his tenure while taking on increasing responsibility as the agency grows.

“The expertise of our global leadership team has fueled the agency’s growth in all dimensions,” said Scott Allison, CEO of Allison+Partners. “As an agency without boundaries, each member has been able to make significant contributions not only to their region, but across practice groups and geographies.”

In the area of transitions Richard Kendall, former general manger of the San Diego office, has shifted his concentration to accelerate agency growth in the Pacific Northwest. As general manager of Seattle, Kendall will leverage his 25 years as an agency professional in that market, representing corporations from a range of verticals, including consumer products, technology, real estate and built environment, professional services, travel & tourism and manufacturing.

Brian Brokowski has joined Allison+Partners as the new San Diego general manager from SG Biofuels, where he ran global communications. Brokowski will oversee the continued expansion of the San Diego office with a particular emphasis on the technology, travel & tourism, healthcare, biotechnology/life science and education markets. Previously, Brokowski was at Fleishman Hillard where he served as senior vice president responsible for new business and client service for accounts such as AT&T, the San Diego Padres and Taco Bell.
