Barbara Lauer, Senior Director, Services Procurement, Contingent Workforce Solutions; Timothy Dupree, Vice President, Global Talent Supply Chain, Centers of Excellence; and Kate Dyer, Senior Director, Contingent Workforce Solutions, were named to the annual list that will be published in the March 2014 issue.
Now in its 14th year, the Supply & Demand Chain Executive "Pros to Know" awards recognize both ends of the supply chain. This includes honoring the "providers," such as KellyOCG, from software firms, service providers, consultancy or academia who have helped their supply chain clients or the supply chain community prepare to meet industry challenges. Kate Dyer consults with clients globally on their short- and long-term workforce needs. She is responsible for the architecture and solutions design, implementation, delivery and overall customer satisfaction of Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs aligned with client's business strategy. She is a Subject Matter Expert in the MSP space having managed numerous accounts with increasing complexities in geography, spend and worker classification.
In her current position with Kelly, Barb Lauer consults with clients across the globe to help them improve management of their Statement of Work (SOW) spend through process, supplier and rate optimization. She is a Subject Matter Expert in the management and sourcing of service providers and is responsible for the architecture and solutions design, implementation, delivery and overall customer satisfaction of SOW and RFX management solutions aligned with client's business strategy.
