The Board of Directors of Edison International (NYSE: EIX) today
declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.355 per share, payable
on April 30, 2014, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2014.
Additionally, the Board of Directors of Southern California Edison
Company today declared a quarterly dividend of $1.2675 per share on the
Series A preference stock, payable on April 30, 2014, to shareholders of
record on April 4, 2014.
