FlexShopper Engages Hayden IR

Launching Investor Relations Effort to Target and Expand Investor Reach

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2014) - FlexShopper, Inc. (OTCQB: FPAY), a financial technology provider, announced today that it has engaged Hayden IR, a fifteen-year old, highly-recognized national investor relations firm, to raise its visibility, strengthen its relationships with the investment community, and provide strategic corporate advisory services.

FlexShopper is a financial technology company that provides a payment and processing solution for retailers and etailers to enter into Lease-to-Own (LTO) transactions with consumers who want to obtain durable goods, but do not have sufficient cash or credit. FlexShopper also funds the LTO transactions by paying merchants for the goods and collecting from consumers under an LTO contract.
