TORONTO, March 13, 2014 /CNW/ - After partnering to help the City of
Toronto keep 11 municipal outdoor skating rinks open during March
Break, Canadian Tire and Scotiabank welcome families to take part in a
special celebration on Saturday, March 15 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Trinity Bellwoods outdoor rink.
Since Monday March 10, families in communities across the city have been
invited to come out and enjoy skating, hot chocolate and free giveaways
-- compliments of Scotiabank and Canadian Tire. On Saturday, families
are invited to an extra special celebration, where NHL Alumnus Darryl
Sittler will take the ice with skaters in attendance.
