announce that Henry P. Williams has joined the firm as Managing
Director, Head of Maritime, Energy Services & Infrastructure. Mr.
Williams will work from the firm's US headquarters in New York City.

Mr. Williams will focus on a broad range of assignments, including

advisory work. He will be responsible for Canaccord Genuity's banking
efforts focused on the maritime shipping/offshore, energy services and
energy infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Williams recently served as Managing Director, Global Sector
Head-Shipping, Corporate Finance at Nordea Markets and previously as
Managing Director and Head of US Investment Banking. Prior to Nordea,
he served as Managing Director - Head of Energy & Transportation
Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Williams holds a MBA from
New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA from
Rollins College.
