Purchase of Own Preference Shares
Premier Farnell plc (the "Company") announces that on 28 March 2014 it
purchased in the market 712,948 of its cumulative convertible redeemable
preference shares of £1 each at a price of £16.05 per share. The number of
cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares in issue following this
purchase is 3,236,471. The shares acquired by the Company will be cancelled.
