HOUSTON, April 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE:CCI) ("Crown Castle") announced today that it is commencing a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2022, subject to market and other conditions. The senior notes will be issued by Crown Castle International Corp. Crown Castle expects to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to purchase or redeem all of its outstanding 7.125% Senior Notes due 2019 and pay fees and expenses related to the foregoing.
