Prologis Announces Issuance of EUR 300 Million of PEPF II Eurobonds

SAN FRANCISCO, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that Prologis International Funding II S.A. (the "Issuer"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Prologis European Properties Fund II ("PEPF II"), issued EUR 300 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured notes (the "Notes") in the eurobond market.

The Notes due 2022 with a coupon rate of 2.875 percent are guaranteed by PEPF II and represent the second issuance of unsecured notes under the Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer. The Notes are rated Baa2 with a stable outlook by Moody's and BBB with a stable outlook by S&P.

The net proceeds of the issuance will be used for repayment of debt, asset acquisitions and general working capital requirements.

As of December 31, 2013, PEPF II owned 250 properties covering 62.4 million square feet (5.8 million square meters) across 12 European countries.
