Gregg Gilbert to Join Deutsche Bank as Pharmaceutical Sector Analyst

DB

Deutsche Bank today announced that Gregg Gilbert will join as a Managing Director and research analyst covering the specialty and major pharmaceutical sectors within the Bank’s Markets division. He will be based in New York and report to Steve Pollard, Head of Research for the Americas.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Gilbert will join Deutsche Bank from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was part of the equity research department since 1998. Gilbert started his career at Goldman Sachs, initially on the consumer team and then the major pharmaceuticals team.

Gilbert had been covering the specialty pharmaceutical sector for the past decade and has ranked either in the 1st or 2nd team in Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team survey every year since 2004.

“Gregg brings thorough industry knowledge and original research to Deutsche Bank,” Pollard said. “He will be a critical part of our healthcare footprint in helping us continue to provide clients with independent, relevant, and unique insights. We are excited to welcome Gregg to the team.”
