Green Swan Advisory Board

V.CBLT

BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 14, 2014) - Green Swan Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GSW) ("Green Swan") earlier announced the diversification of its growth plan into the international medical and non-medical marijuana and hemp markets. To accelerate the growth plan Green Swan is pleased to announce that Dr. Stephen Coutts has joined the Advisory Board.

Dr. Coutts is a 25-year member of the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is the Medical Director for three clinics in northeastern Ontario and, as a clinical physician co-ordinator, treats patients with chronic pain and addiction issues. He graduated from The University of Western Ontario, following which he completed his post graduate training in Victoria, British Columbia. Dr. Coutts practiced Emergency Medicine in the United States for several years before returning to the role of Medical Director. Further, Dr. Coutts was a registrant with an IIROC member firm for four years. He acts as a lecturer and consultant to major pharmaceutical companies on chronic musculoskeletal pain and novel pain therapies.

"The shareholders are well served to have Dr. Coutts join the Advisory Board," said Peter M. Clausi, Green Swan's Chief Executive Officer. "Dr. Coutts is on the frontlines of Canada's medical marijuana roll-out, engaging on a daily basis with chronic pain sufferers in his practice. The time he spent with an IIROC member firm gives him unique insight into the economic viability of any health product. Green Swan will garner valuable first-hand guidance from him as the worldwide cannabis market evolves."
