Universal Bioenergys NDR Energy Group Plans to Engage in Full Operations with One of Worlds Largest Producers of Natural Gas to Fuel its Sales and Profits

Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCQB: UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company that markets and distributes natural gas, petroleum, coal and electricity, announced that its subsidiary NDR Energy Group, is preparing to in engage in full operations in its new relationship with one of the largest natural gas producers in the world.

During the week of March 21, 2014, senior executives of NDR Energy Group met in Houston, Texas in a series of high-level meetings with some of the largest oil, natural gas and energy companies in the world. As a result of those strategic meetings, NDR Energy Group established a relationship with one of the largest independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the world. The public company operates in 30 countries worldwide and reported over $58.24 billion in revenues in its Annual Report.

Although NDR Energy Group has operated with a strong slate of natural gas suppliers in building its current customer base, these new relationships give NDR Energy a comprehensive nationwide supply resource of natural gas. NDR is now able to reach most, if not all of the critical natural gas delivery points in the United States.

NDR Energy Group's President and CEO, Ken Harris, stated, "We came out of our recent Houston meetings with new supplier relationships with two of the largest natural gas producers in the world. We wanted these relationships to become fully operational as soon as possible to the benefit of our many utility customers across the United States. I am pleased to announce that we are in the process of executing the final agreements related to bringing one of those relationships fully operational. We will likely, complete that process this week. Additionally, I anticipate that we will be using one of these new producers as we respond to the huge natural gas sales opportunities that we have recently received. This is a major step for NDR as we are now able to address the many needs of our customers across the US regardless of delivery points or requested volumes."

Universal Bioenergy is a high growth diversified energy company that is experiencing double-digit growth. NDR Energy Group, a subsidiary of Universal Bioenergy, sells natural gas to many of the largest public utilities, electric power producers and local gas distribution companies that serve millions of commercial, industrial and residential customers in the United States.
