Cousins Properties Declares Second Quarter Common Stock Dividends

Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per common share, payable May 28, 2014, to common stockholders of record on May 15, 2014. The $0.075 per share quarterly dividend equates to $0.30 on an annualized basis.
