The previously announced merger of GamePlan, Inc. (OTCBB: GPLA) and
VPartments, Inc. has been completed, according to reports from the
combined company. The stock for stock acquisition was followed up with a
re-branding of the new social commerce subsidiary as "VDigs, Inc.” The
