proud to announce that, as part of its new positioning which aims to
simplify the brand structure of the mutual funds in the current
National Bank Securities family, it is changing its name to National
Bank Investments Inc. Impelled by the strength of the National Bank
brand, National Bank Investments will remain committed to offering one
of the most comprehensive ranges of investment solutions available,
drawing on the expertise of prominent portfolio managers.

The brands optimization exercise aims to better reflect the Bank's

Effective May 12, 2014:

Legal entity: Name change of the manager from National Bank Securities
Inc. to National Bank Investments Inc.

National Bank Securities trade-mark replaced with National Bank
Investments.

The National Bank Securities Mutual Funds family will be renamed the
National Bank Mutual Funds family. Altamira and Omega Funds will be
rebranded with the National Bank name. The name change will in no way
affect the makeup or diversification of the funds, or the lineup of
managed solutions. Portfolio managers will also remain unchanged as a
result of the rebranding.
