Wojtek Wodzicki, President and CEO of NGEx, commented, "We are very excited about offering our shareholders the opportunity to trade their Shares on Nasdaq OMX. The past couple of years have been a period of great progress for the Company with the successful and ongoing exploration of its copper/gold projects in Chile and Argentina.
