(OTCQB: BAYK), holding company of Bank of Lancaster and Bay Trust Company, announces that Bank of Lancaster has hired John Powell as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. In this role, Mr. Powell will report directly to F. Arnold Blackmon III, President of the Richmond Region, and will serve as a member of Bank of Lancaster's Richmond executive leadership team. Mr. Powell's responsibility will be developing commercial banking relationships in the Richmond region by helping businesses achieve their financial aspirations.
