Emera Announces Election of Directors

Emera Inc. (TSX: EMA EMA.PR.A EMA.PR.C and EMA.PR.E) announced that the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 4, 2014 were elected as directors of Emera Inc. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 7, 2014 in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, are set out below.
