Genesis Announces Q1 2014 Results and Webcast of Annual General Meeting

(TSX: GDC) (the "Corporation" or "Genesis") expects to release its first quarter 2014 results on Tuesday May 13, 2014 after the TSX market close. Genesis will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the Corporation's first quarter 2014 results at 7:00 a.m. MDT (9:00 a.m. EDT) on Wednesday May 14, 2014.  The call will be hosted by Bruce Rudichuk, President and CEO, and other members of the management team.  The format of the call will be as a question and answer session for analysts and investors after a brief summary of results and strategy.
