WESTCHESTER, Ill., May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. (IAA), a business unit of KAR Auction Services (NYSE: KAR), and the leading live and live-online salvage auto auction company, today announced they have opened a new branch in Tulsa, OK. This facility is essential to IAA's continued growth and expansive footprint of facilities across North America to provide buyers and sellers with more options.
"IAA continues to focus on providing the best selection and inventory in markets across North America and we now have more than 165 locations," said John Kett, CEO and president, Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. "The opening in Tulsa supports our business growth in the region, improves resources across our facilities and offers buyers and sellers greater inventory and more convenience to experience our auctions."
IAA's new state of the art 32-acre facility in Tulsa is located at 5311 W 46th Street S and will utilize 17 acres with additional room for expansion including a second run and drive lane. The fully-functioning auction facility includes a 10,000 square foot building.
