Mr. Andy Telford is a Chartered Accountant and senior finance professional with more than 25 years of multi-national experience. Mr. Telford has a strong track record in both public and private companies with senior finance and CFO roles at 360 networks; Canwest-Global; Teligence Communications; Enbridge; Shaw Communications; Broadband TV; and CHC Helicopter. He is a veteran of companies characterized by significant growth and complex transactions. Mr. Telford will begin his new role as CFO of the Company effective May 20, 2014.
