American Graphite Technologies Inc. Receives Update From CTI Nanotechnologies LLC Regarding Graphene Paper Progress and Plant Installation

AGIN

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - May 27, 2014) - American Graphite Technologies Inc. ("AGIN" or the "Company") (OTCBB: AGIN) (BERLIN: A8G) (WKN:A1KBDQ/ISIN:US02640K1079) is pleased to announce it has received updates from Mike Foley, CEO of CTI Nanotechnologies LLC on its graphene paper progress. Mr. Foley reports he has made considerable progress with his aqueous formulation from recent development initiatives. The previous best conductivity for the aqueous formulation was 35 ohms. Current results are showing less than 15 ohms representing a greater than 100% improvement in conductivity. Mr. Foley stated, "This substantial reduction in resistivity through our research and development efforts is an extremely positive development. Process, plant and equipment engineering are all ongoing, but we are excited to see the progress being made."

Mr. Foley also reported that the two production lines have been moved to the new facility. The small, 12-inch wide line is close to operational and the large 30-inch wide line should be operational by fourth quarter 2014.
