The extension was requested and granted in order to allow the Company to complete further due diligence regarding the acquisition and lease of the property in Prosser, Washington. A careful review of the applicable law during the due diligence period has made it clear that some terms of the acquisition agreement need to be rewritten in order to comply with current state regulations in this industry.
