With more than 30 years of finance experience, Arola has a proven history of driving ongoing financial momentum for high technology and medical device companies.

Prior to joining Align in 2005, Arola served as vice president of finance at Adaptec Inc. Arola holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Pacific.
