Most recently, he served as the lead technical service engineer for the launch and implementation of Carestream Dental's CAD/CAM product portfolio in practices across the country. He has also worked closely with the U.S. military and large hospital organizations, focusing on integrations with medical picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standards, and other third-party software. After serving in the U.S. Army for six years, Randolph attended Clayton State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in information technology project management.

Fiore served as director of training and implementations and then vice president of client services at Carestream Dental until 2011, after which she offered operations consultations for several businesses as a partner of Fiore Enterprises LLC. She attended North Carolina State University and has a bachelor's degree in history.
"I've worked with Wes, Shawn and Joan in the past, so I know they will be valuable assets to our team," said Lamar Roberts, president of LED Dental. "Their combined knowledge and experience will further propel our product development and grow our business on multiple fronts."
