TUCSON, AZ--(Marketwired - Jun 9, 2014) - AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) ("AudioEye"), creator of the Audio Internet® patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that it has launched its Version 6.0 Real-Time Auto-Discovery & Audio Enablement (RADAE) technology. RADAE (pronounced "READY") is being licensed and sold by AudioEye to U.S. Congressional and other online properties under the product name The Audio Internet®, a patented Software-as-a-Service accessibility and compliance platform.
Approximately sixty websites are currently being converted or on-boarded using RADAE mode including United States Congressional sites, advocacy group sites, educational institution sites, enterprise sites, and professional sports sites, with more being added every day. U.S. Congressional offices alone maintain over 500 websites.
"RADAE introduces a new paradigm that transforms the implementation process," stated Sean Bradley, Chief Technology Officer at AudioEye, Inc. "When an AudioEye-enabled web page is loaded, a unique and proprietary set of heuristics and rules are applied from the Audio Internet Web Accessibility Platform. In real-time, AudioEye is able to interpret page elements and optimize the user experience in a format that is ideal for audio delivery. The native visual display of publisher page content and markup is not always ideally suited for the AudioEye User Interface, which is designed to simplify the user experience and ultimately provide the user with quick and efficient access to content in an accessible format. Not only does the RADAE engine programmatically normalize the presentation layer, but it achieves this on-the-fly, which ensures that all content viewed and/or heard through the AudioEye player interface represents live, fully synchronized and up-to-date page content."
The proprietary Real-Time Auto-Discovery & Audio Enablement allows AudioEye to greatly streamline the onboarding process, while providing additional solution flexibility. Fewer technical resources are required of both AudioEye and its customers, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
RADAE is a page-level function that references a sophisticated set of rules for interpreting page elements and refactoring them for display in the optimized and fully accessible AudioEye player front-end. The technology is being rolled out across AudioEye's customer base, which includes government agencies, educational institutions and commercial entities.
"A number of website publishers have taken action to bring their websites into compliance with the standards set forth in the 21st Century Communications Act, including some that are not legislatively required to do so," stated Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of AudioEye, Inc. "This technology is important because it allows us to onboard, service and recognize infinitely faster than prior to deployment. As we've announced, we have developed an enterprise and government sales pipeline that management believes will provide the necessary foundation to establish AudioEye as the leading solutions provider, thought leader and largest producer in the multi-billion dollar technology accessibility compliance market. We ended our first quarter with an enterprise and government sales pipeline in excess of $50 million of identified opportunities that are now in various stages of beta or pilot testing, contract negotiation, management, development and/or AudioEye's sales process. The advancement of the Audio Internet platform is timely due to the fact that the majority of the Federal agency budgets for Fiscal 2014 remain unspent and federal mandates need to be addressed."
In an effort to distribute, implement and service the Audio Internet platform technology among the over 600,000 Federal, State and Local government websites, AudioEye has launched its U.S. government partnership sales and business development initiative and signed contracts with over 15 large well-regarded reseller partners to accelerate the accomplishment of strategic sales goals. AudioEye has also developed sales initiatives that target government agencies within the 50 states.
