NEW YORK CITY, June 13, 2014 /CNW/ - For an unprecedented second
consecutive year, the Bell Media Agency was recognized as the Global
Marketing Team of the Year at the 2014 PromaxBDA Awards. The awards were handed out Thursday at the Hilton New York
Midtown Hotel, during the closing night of PromaxBDA: The Conference
2014, the annual gathering of the international association of
entertainment marketing, promotion, and design professionals. The
annual awards honour and recognize the most imaginative and impactful
creative marketing, promotion, and design campaigns in the
entertainment industry world-wide.
The Bell Media Agency received a total of 72 nominations this year,
taking home 23 Global Excellence awards - more than any other company
in the world - including six Gold statues, nine Silver statues, and
eight Bronze statues. The Bell Media Agency also was awarded 22 North
American statues, making it the leading Canadian media organization at
the Awards, securing eight Gold statues, four Silver statues, and 10
Bronze statues. Overall, Much alone received an astounding 30 awards.
