IMPORTANT NOTE: It is anticipated that the secondary offering of shares of CI Financial
Corp. (TSX:CIX) will be completed as scheduled on June 17, 2014. As
part of the quarterly review effective at the open on Monday, June 23,
2014, the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) of CI Financial will go from
0.52 to 0.82 to reflect the sale of the company shares by Bank of Nova
Scotia. The shares outstanding of the company are not affected by this
event.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: The shares (originally subscription receipts that converted to shares
on June 11, 2014) issued by Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE) as part of
the acquisition of Aurora Oil & Gas Limited will be incorporated in the
Quarterly Share Update effective at the open on Monday, June 23, 2014.
