advisor to the Company on strategic and financial matters. Mr. Gaynor
is Managing Director of MobileSolve Group, Inc., a boutique investment
bank specializing in the telecom industry. He began his career on "Wall
Street" as an attorney with Skadden Arps, and a banker with LF
Rothschild & Co., and later held senior executive positions with
consultant Arthur D. Little and wireless carrier AirTouch, now part of
Vodafone. Mr. Gaynor graduated from Harvard Law and Business Schools,
and is a licensed attorney and investment banker.
