Torre joined the Company as its new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Greg de
la Torre is a high-level executive with proven ability to plan, develop
and integrate total solutions in global manufacturing operations with a
high degree of complexity. He has over twenty-five (25) years of direct
experience in High Tech/High Reliability (“Hi-Rel”) industries such as:
(i) Electronic Manufacturing (EMS/CM/ODM), (ii) Semiconductor tools and
components, (iii) Telecommunications products, (iv) Transportation, (v)
Aerospace and (vi) Computer hardware. He also has over ten (10) years of
significant leadership responsibility and experience moving business
measurably towards best practices, with demonstrable experience in
strategic planning as well as tactical execution. In-depth knowledge of
implementation and use of manufacturing complex systems, including:

Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing – Black Belt

QA Systems & Certifications (ISO 9000/TS29001)
