Prior to switching to RingCentral, The Littleton Group used another
phone system that forced them to heavily rely on the provider to make
system changes. When they did reach out to the provider for
administrative alteration, tickets often failed to get processed
properly, resulting in phone system downtime. The regular system
interruptions impacted the business.
