Brixmor Property Group Prices Secondary Offering of 29,950,000 Shares

NEW YORK, June 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) announced today the pricing of a secondary offering of 29,950,000 shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders") affiliated with Blackstone Real Estate Partners at $22.50 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,492,500 shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholders.  The offering is expected to close on July 1, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

Brixmor did not offer any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering. In addition, none of Brixmor's officers or directors sold any shares of common stock beneficially owned by them in the offering. 

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as representatives of the underwriters and joint book-running managers for the offering. Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are also serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
