James H. Caulfield Joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank

BEDMINSTER, NJ--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2014) - Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) and Peapack-Gladstone Bank announce the appointment of James H. Caulfield to the position of Senior Managing Director and Trust Officer, Wealth Management. Mr. Caulfield will be instrumental in growing the Bank's wealth management business providing personalized client service while guiding new and existing clients through overall wealth advisory services and solutions. James will be a part of the Bank's new high-touch, private banking team located at 300 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ.

A resident of Pennington, NJ, with his wife Meg and two children, James has worked in the financial services industry for 40 years. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Senior Trust Officer at U.S. Trust Company, Bank of America where he was instrumental in establishing the New Jersey market and presence. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at CoreStates/New Jersey National Bank/Wells Fargo. Mr. Caulfield has a solid track record of personal client service and providing wealth management strategies for the high-net-worth market.

Mr. Caulfield graduated from the Trust Management School at Northwestern University and National Graduate Trust School of Northwestern University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia and completed graduate work in Economics at the University of Bridgeport.

Mr. Caulfield is a certified Trust and Financial Advisor and IRA Services Professional and member of the Mercer County Estate Planning Council where he previously served as president. Mr. Caulfield was on the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of New Jersey and currently is the Chairman of the Mercer County Foundation Board. Previously, Mr. Caulfield served as a member of Pennsylvania Bankers Association and Director of the Central Atlantic School of Trust. Presently, he is on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Bankers Association, Trust Division where he previously served as president. Mr. Caulfield is on the Board of the Trustees for the Holy Spirit Radio, WISP and Trustee for the Boys and Girls Foundation where he previously served as president of the Club. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Penn Brook Swim Club and past Treasurer. Mr. Caulfield has served on the Board of Trustees for Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey; the Alzheimer's Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter; Hopewell Valley Soccer Association; and Finance & Legacy Committees for St. James Church, Pennington.
