Hyduke Announces Completion of Bought Deal Financing

NISKU, AB, June 27, 2014 /CNW/ - Hyduke Energy Services Inc. ("Hyduke" or the "Company") (HYD:TSX) ("Hyduke") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced bought deal common share private placement with PI Financial Corp. as underwriter. At closing, a total of 6,075,000 common shares of the Company were issued at a price of CDN$0.62 per share for gross proceeds of $3,766,500 (the "Offering").

The net proceeds of the Offering are expected to be used by the Company to fund the Company's 2014 growth capital program, partially reduce indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
