NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 27, 2014) - Lion One Metals Limited (TSX VENTURE:LIO)(FRANKFURT:LY1)(OTCQX:LOMLF)(ASX:LLO) ("Lion One" or the "Company") announces the resignation of David Duval as a Director of the Company, for personal reasons. The Company also announces it has granted a total of 1,775,000 incentive stock options to officers, directors, employees, and consultants. Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, each option is exercisable into one common share of the Company, for a period of five years from the date of grant, at a price of $0.35 per share, vesting over a period of three years from the date of grant. The total number of shares currently issued and outstanding is 60,175,608, with a total of 4,240,000 option issued, with no outstanding warrants, for a total of 64,415,608 shares fully diluted.
