SkyWest selects UTC Aerospace Systems for E-Jet maintenance, repair and overhaul services

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW -- UTC Aerospace Systems has entered into a long-term agreement with SkyWest, Inc. to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for their fleet of more than 100 ERJ175 aircraft. The 14-year agreement covers actuation systems, electric systems, air management systems, fire protection, sensors and evacuation. UTC Aerospace Systems is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

The MRO work will be performed at various UTC Aerospace Systems facilities across the United States.
