TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 17, 2014) - Mr. Donald G. Lang, Executive Chairman of CCL Industries Inc. (TSX:CCL.A)(TSX:CCL.B) ("CCL" or "the Company"), a world leader in specialty label and packaging solutions for global corporations, small businesses and consumers, announced the appointment of Ms. Mandy Shapansky to the Board of Directors.

Ms. Shapansky is President and Chief Executive Officer of Xerox Canada with responsibility for all Canadian operations including human resources, finance, customer service, marketing and sales. Ms. Shapansky was recently named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women.
