KELYA, KELYB

TROY, MI--(Marketwired - Jul 18, 2014) - Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB) today announced its recertification as a Health Care Staffing Services firm from The Joint Commission. Certification is a Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission and demonstrates the company's commitment to healthcare quality improvement and patient safety.

Kelly®, a leading provider of workforce solutions to the healthcare industry, underwent an on-site review of its compliance with national requirements that assess how staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of their staff, how they place their staff, and how they monitor their staff's performance.

"Healthcare organizations that contract with Kelly Services® can look to Joint Commission certification as an assurance that Kelly Services demonstrates a commitment to providing and continuously improving quality services," says Michele Sacco, M.S., executive director, Health Care Staffing Services Certification, The Joint Commission.

The Joint Commission's certification program, launched in October 2004, offers an independent, comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm's abilities to provide competent staffing services.

"Certification by The Joint Commission has enabled us to foster a culture of excellence and in turn provide high-quality staff to our customers and their patients," says Grace Paranzino, chief clinical officer, Kelly Services Healthcare Product Group. "Kelly Services is committed to aligning standardized processes that will promote safety and efficiencies for our staff and customers. We are pleased to receive the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval®."
