(Nasdaq: TILE), a worldwide carpet tile company and global leader in sustainability, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share, representing an increase in the regular quarterly dividend. The $0.04 per share dividend is payable August 22, 2014 to shareholders of record as of August 8, 2014.
