("TEN" or the "Company") (NYSE: TNP), a leading crude, product and LNG tanker operator, will report earnings for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2014, prior to the open of the market in New York on Monday, August 4, 2014.
That same morning, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, TEN will host a conference call to review the results as well as management's outlook for the business. The call, which will be hosted by TEN's senior management, may contain information beyond what is included in the earnings press release.
The Company will also announce the next common share dividend for the period ended June 30, 2014, together with its financial results.

ABOUT TSAKOS ENERGY NAVIGATION
To date, TEN's fleet, including the LNG carrier Maria Energy and nine Aframax crude oil tankers under construction, consists of 60 double-hull vessels, a mix of crude tankers, product tankers and LNG carriers, totaling 6.2 million dwt.
