Company to Report Second Quarter Results and Host Investor Conference Call on August 11, 2014

TUCSON, AZ--(Marketwired - Jul 29, 2014) -  AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) ("AudioEye"), creator of the Audio Internet® patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that the Company will host its second quarter 2014 investor conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, August 11, 2014 (details provided below).

Investor Conference Call

AudioEye will report its second quarter operating results prior to the stock market opening on August 11, 2014. An investor conference call has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time the same day to discuss these operating results and other topics of interest.

Government Channel Partner Conference

AudioEye is hosting its first Government Channel Partner Conference on September 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. EDT at the Loews Madison Hotel, which is located at 1177 15th Street NW in Washington, DC.

All AudioEye government channel partners, along with many federal government agency representatives, 508 coordinators, and procurement officers will be invited to the event. The focus of the conference is to better familiarize attendees with AudioEye's technology and to pursue contracts prior to the end of the federal government's fiscal year. The Company will also share its market capture strategy and demonstrate AudioEye's new Audio Internet® platform features and benefits.
