China Green Agriculture, Inc. Launched seven New Fertilizer Products and Added 46 New Distributors During the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2014

XI'AN, China, July 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE: CGA; "CGA" or the "Company") which produces and distributes humic acid-based compound fertilizers, other varieties of compound fertilizers and agricultural products through its operating subsidiaries in China, today announced that it launched seven new fertilizer products and added 46 new distributors in its fourth fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2014.

Out of the seven new fertilizer products, two new products were launched by Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., the Company's fertilizer operating subsidiary in Shaanxi province ("Jinong") during the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2014. The total number of Jinong's fertilizer products in use was raised to 125. During the quarter, Jinong added 35 new distributors, reaching a total of 926 distributors.

The other five new fertilizer products were launched by Beijing Gufeng Chemical Products Co., Ltd., the Company's fertilizer operating subsidiary in Beijing ("Gufeng") during the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2014. The total number of Gufeng's fertilizer products in use was increased to 328. Gufeng added 11 new distributors during the same quarter, and now has a total of 263 distributors.
