(TSXV-OOI) (the "Company") advises that, further to its news release dated July 28, 2014, the terms of the extension of the Concession agreement governing Block L14-50 require the Company to pay interest on the US$1,000,000 performance bond at the rate of 15% per annum for a period of approximately 3-months. The Company is currently negotiating with the Ministry of Energy to settle this interest payment obligation.
