Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. (NYSE: OEC) today announced that members
of the company’s senior management team will ring the Closing Bell at
the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday, August 8, 2014, to
commemorate the company’s recent listing on the NYSE. Orion Engineered
Carbons shares began trading on the NYSE on July 24, 2014, under the
symbol “OEC.”
