CALGARY, Aug. 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Pason Systems Inc. (TSX: PSI) announced
today that Franz Fink, a director of Pason since 2012, has resigned
from the board of directors. Mr. Fink recently accepted the position of
President and CEO of Maxwell Technologies (NASDAQ:MXWL). As a result of
his new responsibilities, Mr. Fink felt that he could no longer
dedicate the time and attention necessary to serve on Pason's board.
The board of directors thanks Mr. Fink for his service and wishes him
success in his new role.
